Laboratory complex

The laboratory complex "Pancom-Un" includes laboratories of the spectral, chemical analysis and physic mechanical tests.

The laboratory of the spectral analysis of Joint Venture "Pancom-Un" was created in 1999 and finally formed in 2001. Originally the laboratory has been accredited with the right of carrying out of analysis of chemical compounds of aluminum and its alloys (December, 1999).

In process of development and expansion of manufacture the technical base of laboratory was improving. Now the laboratory is an integral part of the control system of quality of the enterprise. It is equipped with such modern means of the analysis as an optical emissive spectrometer " SPECTROLAB M-8 ", gas analyzer ELTRA ON 900, an optical emissive spectrometer " SPECTROMAX CCD ". All devices have passed the state metrological certification.

In the laboratory are engaged certificated high qualified professionals on a regular basis improving own professional level in leading specialized laboratories of Ukraine, participating in Republican and International scientific conferences and seminars.

At present the spectrometric laboratory of Pancom-Un is accredited with the right of carrying out measurements of chemical compounds of metals and their alloys in the following directions and ranges.

Accuracy of measurements corresponds to current GOSTs and MBIs. In operation of the laboratory complex also are applied: breaking machines such as 10, the machine tool for reversive twisting K-5, a digital ohmmeter like 306-1, electronic scales AD-500, micrometers, metallographic microscopes, devices of chemical analysis of electrolit, auxiliaries used for selection and preparation of samples.
